February 1 at 13.00 in the premises of the European Information Centre (the building of the Seimas of the Republic, Gedimino pr. 53, LT-01109 Vilnius) will be held civic conference "Lithuania and Kaliningrad: Prospects for Cooperation". The conference will be representatives of public and political forces in Kaliningrad.
At the conference, will be announced a few questions:
- Issue a visa to travel between Kaliningrad and Lithuania;
- The establishment of social bonds;
- Ecology of the Baltic Sea;
- Joint development of alternative energy sources;
- Civil society.
